•I, I am Dyva Krupa Nemmadi. I have been working for the Andhra Loyola Institute of Engineering and Technology since 2011.• I am pursuing PhD in American Literature from Acharya Nagarjuna University. I have qualified in APSET (2014).•I have 16 years of teaching experience. I teach Communicative English, Soft skills and Business communication skills, English communication Skills laboratory, Advanced communication skills etc.•As the Cultural coordinator of the college I have been instrumental in organizing all the college events since 2018.•I organized a Two-day national seminar on " Emerging Trends in english language and literature" for faculty members and a two-day workshop on " Body language and Public Speaking skills" for I.B. Tech students in 2016.•As a researcher I have published several research articles in national and international peer-reviewed, UGC care journals and chapters in books•I have done certificate courses on Soft Skills( NPTEL), Digital Teaching Techniques (ICT ACADEMY) and Epmplyoability: an essential skill for professional development (Vishwabharathi research centre).
